Casavo

Casavo is an innovative startup that is revolutionizing the real estate market by digitizing and simplifying the process of buying and selling. The service is operational on the Italian and Spanish markets, accessible exclusively in the largest cities, with a focus on certain particularly strategic neighborhoods.

In 2020 we curated the service’s first offline communications campaign, by means of tactical planning with the objective of informing the public and increasing brand awareness, utilizing OOH, radio and TV media:

  • Static and dynamic billboards were selected to cover the most significant areas and to mirror the movements of the potential audience;
  • Radio coverage was provided by particularly important local stations, with significant AI and numbers of listeners on a par with those for certain national channels;
  • The TV media channel was, on the other hand, used both for linear channels and in addressable mode, with views delivered to single zip codes at a highly curated level of precision.
